I sent the wrong book to a member. She contacted me and I realized I just grabbed the wrong book. I need to send her the correct book, but I can't find a way to find her address to fix the problem. I have pm'd her and asked but I wondered if I was just missing something. Where can I look?

You could buddy her, and think choose 'mail book to a friend' (you might have to 'create' a different book to send her than the one you're sending her, though).

I tried that but I have to wait for her to agree to be my buddy so I guess I might as well wait for her to answer my pm.

Thanks.

I know this doesn't help now - but I save a copy of the wrapper  so if I need to reprint or look up the address (case in point) I have the information handy.  Then I delete when the book was rec'd by the sender.

You could always contact PBS and see if they could provide you with the address - though they may not because of privacy.  Also you can't get someone's address if you are buddy unless they allow you to see that information which you can control.  Even my buddies can't see my email or mailing address.

Good Luck

Just wait for her to PM the address. She wants the correct book so she'll answer you when she gets time.

I know. I just felt so bad I made a mistake and I wanted to get it fixed promptly. And we have already pm'd a couple of times. Neither of us realized that I wouldn't be able to print her address or anything. Maybe that's something that could be changed. She marked it wrong book so it would be cool if I could just go in and print another wrapper. Oh well.

Thanks again.
