I just had someone give me a mark for sending the wrong book, however they didn't give a message at all.  I don't know if I put the wrong book in the envelope somehow or if I sent the book they ordered and they meant to order another or what?  now what do I do?

PM them back and request more information. If you don't get an answer within 5 days, contact PBS and they will prompt the member to respond to you.
