elaine, I'm confused -- are the ones you listed those you're LOOKING for or those you're OFFERING? I have a lot of Mrs. Pollifax...however some are in Readers Digest condensed versions, others paperback or hardback, and I don't have all of them...  but am willing to offer them up...

As I said above I started with the books I have. I was hoping others would post the series books they have because I prefer to order from 1 or 2 people instead of several. I've had problems with ordering from a lot of different people because I can get a lot of a series but not get some of the very first ones because people don't, respond, cancel, etc.

Okay, sorry I'm so dense. Those are the books you HAVE, okay, got it, that part was clear from the beginning, but you can HAVE books you want to swap, or you can HAVE books you want to get more of by the same author. So, I ask again:  These are the books you HAVE and you want the others in those series (but haven't listed the titles of the ones you want, which makes this option seems strange)???   OR  these are the books you HAVE that you want to offer others who may be looking to get a lot of a series at once?   For me, saying "I've got most of the Mrs. Pollifax books already, but I still am looking for X, Y and Z and would like to get them all at once if possible." would be clearer, IF that's the case for you.

I do not need any books in the series I posted. I will soon be looking for all the books to finish another series I have started and I will do the opposite of what I did this time. I will post asking for anyone who has mulitiple books of the ones I need to please let me know so I can order most or all of them from that person. I hope this answers your question.

Elaine, you make a good point about people listing books they have in a  series. It would be so much easier if there was some way PBS could list them that way.

I haven't read any of the books you have listed and I don't think I have any series of books, either. Sorry.

I also look for books by the same author and would like to see books listed that way. It would be a whole lot easier to get them all from the same source.

Authors I like: Adriana Trigiani, Clive Cussler, Carl Hiassen, Janet Evanovich, Elizabeth Berg and more I can't even think of at the moment.

What series or authors are you looking for?

Elaine,

I just looked at   your wish list. I'm going to a FOL book sale next week and will look for Jodi Picoult books. I see that  you want a lot of those. I'll keep my eye out for others on your list too.

And here I thought this was a list of recommendations.

This list  would work best in the book bazaar.

Jill that is so nice of you to look at my wish list and look for Jodi Picoult books. I have become addicted to her books. I read some of the same authors you do but they don't stay on my bookshelf vey long.

Elaine,

I have all the Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum novels listed except #2 if your interested.  They are a fun, "light", read.

Thanks for the offer Kathy but I have read all of them also. I am looking for three books by Lee Child - Tripwire, Without Fail and The Enemy if you by any chance have those. Thanks for the post.

Elaine,  I agree that this is a post that really should be in the Book Bazaar forum.  Hidden Gems is for book recommendations - not book deals.

Good luck filling out your series.   I go to a lot of of FOTL sales and always carry with with me the list of series books that I'm collecting (well over 50 series).

I will post all future posts of this sort in the Bazaar. I just thought the Bazaar was for deals and this wasn't for a deal.
