Read The Servant in two sittings. There were times it was enlightening and times when I got confused abot what message he was trying to impart. There were also times when I felt naivete was expected of the reader. The book was recommended during a seminar as a great read and I felt a little let down.
One of the greatest books on leadership I have read... a must read....
