Does anyone read any romance novels involving anal sex? I read one a while back and am looking for more. Not gay sex; man-woman sex.

Hope this doesn't offend anyone.

not offended at all.  and I'll be you get a lot of answers.  I can't help you because I can't recall the name of the only one I read.  Could have been Penelope and the Prince?  heck.

A few of Lora Leigh's have had that in them.  I think Nauti Boy did and also one of her SEAL books but I can't remember which one.

Thanks Sherri, but I am not real big on books about navy seals, marines, etc.. I am more a fan of historicals, regencies, and the like. Appreciate the help very much, though.

Bertrice Small has some, but I can't name specific titles other than Love Slave.  It's a historical.  Not sure of any others...

Sherri, virtually ALL of LL's books have that in them.   Pam, I think you'll have to search for erotic historicals to find some with that it in.  I have read a few but cannot think of the names right off the top of my head.  Maybe Sylvia Day?

Oh, I remembered two---Forbidden Pleasures and Private Pleasures by Bertrice Small.

Emma Holly does that a lot.  You should look into her stuff.

Gabriel's Woman by Robin Schone is the only one I've read.

Oh, and there are *hints* of it in Suddenly You by Lisa Kleypas and To Have and to Hold by Patricia Gaffney. I often wonder if that's the reason people get so upset about THaTH.

I think it's in the Irish Devil by Diane Whiteside.  That has a strong BDSM element so in case you don't like that. It's been in pretty much every Lora Leigh book I've read.

Most of Sarah McCarty's books are western historicals that have that element.

ETA____out of curiosity what was the book you read?

While I was out today I remember 2 books I read this summer.

Wild Wicked and Wanton by Jaci Burton and Come and Get Me by Alyssa Brooks. They were both very good.

I read alot of erotic romance, and this is a common occurance.   You might try some of these authors:  Joey W Hill (mostly contemporary), Annie Windsor,  Angela Knight (paranormal/futuristic), Jory Strong (contemporary).  I also really liked Jane and the Sneaky Dom, by Hannah Murray (I think).

To msdamgoode :

The book I read was a shorter story in a book witha few other stories by different authors. I think it was by Thea Devine or possibly Chery Holt in either Burning Up: A Tale of Erotica or I Love Rogues. I can't remember for sure.

Don't care for this myself (I prefer oral sex scenes), but Gabriel's woman (Robin Schone) had an anal sex scene and it was an outstanding book.  Steamy, suspensy and  very emotional.

I just read The Irish Devil by Diane Whiteside and it had some anal play, but no actual anal sex.  Toys were involved, lol.

I second Emma Holly.   Also the erotics with multiple partners almost always do.  Sometimes the MMF books have guy men with the woman but lots don't.
