Gregori is a character I liked because I liked his sense of humor. However, I wasn't sure would do as a leading character in his own book. I was pleasantly surprised! A favorite quote- "Do you want a donut?" (Howard). New baddies in this one (they might not be new- it's been forever since I've read the previous books in this series- Master Han has a familiar ring to it). Will see how next book plays out (and I won't wait so long to start it)
You would think I would be a little tired of a series when it reaches number 11. Nothing could be further from the truth. Although I lust after Connor(that's a whole nother story!), Gregori has always had a soft spot in my heart. I'm glad that he is paired with Abby, a smart, very put together young lady. I enjoyed the couple's interaction, the intrigue and of course, the romance. I really liked that family is emphasized. All in all an excellent read. 4 stars
In the last book the vampires have been found out and Casimir has been killed. This time around Gregori is chosen by the older vampires to represent them when meeting the president of the United States. He must influence the government to call out the video of the beheading of Casimir as a hoax, but there is a price. Gregori must escort the presidents eldest daughter to China to search for plants to cure her mother's cancer. Of course there's always a catch and that you will have to read to find out. As usual the story was fun and romantic
