Rachel Ashwell has inspired a generation to look at flea market and tag sale left overs in all new ways. What I've done with a few cans of paint and strong tea-baths after loving this book! I look for Rachel at the Long Beach Flea Market on my annual pilgrimage!

I really appreciated the ideas within this book for imparting a little originality into flea market finds. Absolutely a great reference source for beginning home decorators on a budget; the trick is just having the time to scour around and find these off-cast diamonds in the rough. Love it for its conservative, "green" approach in recycling, reusing, and reinventing objects!
