Before stalking was cool, and road-rage was all the rage, Dean Koontz created one of the scariest, creepiest bad guys ever. He's crazy, but he's also smart. The scariest thing about him is that he doesn't know he's crazy! We've all had our road-rage encounters, with the angry guy filling our rear-view mirror. After reading Shattered, I guarantee you'll view the next encountered differently.
The usual edge-of-your-seat read. A much quicker read than many of his books.
A quick page turner about a psycho trucker. It is not very original, but it is fast paced and entertaining.
Mostly a tense thriller that will have you checking your rear view mirror on long trips, but ultimately the finale doesn't pay off on the build up.
Typical 70's Koontz...predictable, but exciting none-the-less. Good characters...Koontz fans will love it.
