I just picked up the book When He Was Bad and I am wondering if the story by Shelly Laurenston is related to any of the series she is currently writing.  I know that she has the Magnus Pack series and the Pride series.  I have some of her books on my wishlist but haven't read any yet.  Can I start with When He Was Bad?  I have heard great things about this author and would like to read in order.  Any info would be great!  Thanks in advance! ~ Rebecca

The story in When He Was Bad takes place in the 80s, so you can read it whenever you want to.

pretty sure it's a stand-alone and it's definitely 80's...the techie heroine is almost orgasmic over getting a color monitor! 

 the ones I'd read in order are: the main event(2 stories in this one), The Beast in him, and the main attraction. characters show up in later books and are introduced in previous books

It is a stand alone. Her full length books should be read in order though.  Mostly for the chracters reacurring later.

I have the same books Susanna has mentioned and the one in your original post Rebecca, but haven't been able to read them yet.  I'm in too many games so I spend all my reading time getting through the game books.  LOL!  Right now I'm forcing myself to stay away from the Games forum and have been able to read what I want when I want.  My biggest problem is what to read next because there are so many books you hear about and can't wait to read. I'll have to buckle down and get started on these once I finish the series I'm on right now. I've only heard good things about Shelly Laurenston's books so I'm sure neither of us will be disappointed.

The characters in When He Was Bad do appear again in her book Go Fetch.  Actually, a scene that happens at the end of When He Was Bad will be described in Go Fetch.

She's on my keeper list=)   I managed to stumble across someone on eBay selling a new copy of Magnus Pack (out of print) for $14 so I snapped it up:lol:  It includes Pack Challenge and Go Fetch which are being released as separate books this year so I don't have to buy those two now:lol:  I won an ARC of The Main Attraction in a contest through her Yahoo group.  She also writes a dragon series as G.A. Aiken which is hiliarious (and sexy!) too.  One of my favorites for fun reading in a paranormal:)
