sequel to "Primal Fear", takes up 10 years after that story ended. I loved picking up where the characters are, and this book is as chilling and scary as the first. Another one that I couldn't put down.

If you remember "Primal Fear" this is the sequel. The killer is back and he's out for revenge. He's fooled the shrinks, who believe he is cured, and are about to release him. Meanwhile his unknown accomplice has already started eliminating those againse whom he has a grudge.

Wow, I really enjoyed this book. The clever, evil Aaron Stampler rears his ugly head once again in this psychological/ctime thriller. The characters that Diehl created are so real, you feel you might run into them on the street and know them instantly. The author's descriptive talent is extraordinary. There is even a bit of romance thrown in, but don't let it sidetrack you. No matter how closely you follow the trail that Diehl lays out, you won't expect the ending.

Aaron Stampler dupes his therapist into believing he has a third personality negating his former two. Vail isn't convinced. A good read, well put together.

Even better than the first!! The story is gripping and involves so much more than just more Stampler/Vail to keep the reader engaged.
