Tom, who likes solving mysteries, is selling magazine subscriptions to raise money to build new playing fields for Cedarville High School. He stops at the Weatherby Mansion, home of Elvira Weatherby, an eccentric old woman. She orders some subscriptions and offers Tom a job of reading to her. Tom soon finds out that Elvira has quite the imagination. Is she imagining what she sees or is it more than just her imagination?
