This is actually one of the more entertaining books I have read in awhile, and that is saying a lot! Every Christie Craig book I have read I have come away with a smile. Her writings have such believable characters. Shut Up and Kiss Me had me laughing at loud. I was so excited and entertained by the book I seemed to be reading through it so fast to find out what happened next, and in a way that was kind of a problem for me. There were so many characters' lives to learn about that I had to go back and reread to make sure I was thinking about the right character. Overall it is a book that I don't think you will be disappointed to read. It doesn't require major brain power to keep up and the romance is present but not overpowering.

I truly enjoyed this book. Christie Craig has an fantastic grasp on writing funny romances. I loved Sky and Shala together. However, the other characters kept trying to overtake the book. Some of the antics had me laughing out-loud. Poor Jose, that man needed a big hug and his own book. Which I hope is next in the series. The only niggles of the book, is the ending felt rushed and I would have liked to have some more ending. Also the whole mystery set-up was kinda hokey to me. It didn't have a high presence in the book, which was fine, but still was kind of silly. Other than that, the book was perfect.
