I reviewed this book along with its mate in the set, The Gold Coin. "Did you ever get a book that you wanted and then held onto it without reading it because then it would be over too soon? I held onto this book until I found the second, The Silver Coin, in the set. And then I held onto them both a little longer. I love reading about England in the 1800s and about the strength of women in that time period and country despite what they had stacked against them. I am also an incurable romantic. When I finally read these two books, I was not disappointed. They were wonderful. If you want to become absorbed in the characters and lives of a novel, I strongly recommend both of these books for your reading pleasure." I hope that you enjoy them both.

the sequel to the Gold Goin, it keeps you in suspense.
This was my first Andrea Kane book and it won't be my last. She is an awesome writer. Characters are vivid and real, and the story becomes apart of you, or rather you apart of it. Which is the way I like it.
This is book 2 in a set written by Kane that I have always felt was under appreciated. She is such a good writer, and this storyline about 2 female cousins,similar in looks, was very good. As usual.

I really enjoyed this book, altho not usually the type I prefer. Briefly, it is the story of two look a like cousins who are being stalked by an assassin. Of course, a gorgeous man is there to help with romance following. Kept my interest, I think you would enjoy it very much.
