on board murder means a closed group of suspects and lots of character study. a good read.

This is a good story. A merchant ship may be carrying a serial killer amongst its few passengers. The psychological side of the crime is explored a bit because of the nature of the killings and behaviors of the passengers. Marsh always creates characters that become very real.
