A good humorous book for women about dealing with life: memory loss, hot flashes, age spots, and exercise. I'm ALMOST forty and can totally relate to these changes that women must deal with. So..I love the humor in this book.

Some very funny and true statements about getting older. You will see yourself in some of the things you read.

Anything by Martha Bolton is wonderful. Her insight about ageing and such is lighthearted and makes you not take things so seriously. I highly recommend this book , esp. to anyone in the middle of their life, dealing with the gravity issues. :)
