This was cute. A lot of guessing as to will they EVER hook up, and I especially liked the ending.

There's a little of the Cinderella theme here, with modern twists.

A second chance at a love affair, with the benefit of maturity and education. Unfortunately, he is her boss and doesn't know the real reason they broke up. A charmer!

Definitely one of her best. Most of her books revolve around a singular group of women and with each book you read how one of these women met and married the love of their life. This one does not, but instead evokes a story reminiscent of Sabrina (old movie). Where the hired hand eventually steals the heart of the wealthy families only son. Great read.

Very funny and keeps you laughing. Her books are so good. I have read them all and only had 1 that wasn't as good as the other ones.

As with all Fox's books, the theme is about two people from different worlds making it work.

The first half of the book was really hard to get into because I wasn't sure what Anne wanted so I can understand Connor's confusion. Did she want to be friends, get back together, what?!?! It really just seemed like Anne wanted to play games and the story floundered a bit. But towards the last half of the book intentions were defined and the book was much better.

Of course there is the Cinderella theme but I thought things ended a little too neatly in the end. There is humor but not that funny.

Okay book. Definitely something you get from the library. Not worth the credit or real money.
