I've been very disappointed with Julie Garwood's contemporary romance/thrillers. With the change in time, it seems she's lost the complexity of story and character development. Honestly, this book is written simply, without complex sentences, and it drove me crazy. Didn't finish it, but my boyfriend struggled through and told me how it ended, which didn't surprise me.

This book was good. I enjoyed it much better than Murder list. There was a lot of interaction between Dylan and Kate, I had a few good laughs. On to Shadow Dance, Noah's story.

Meh...I think I only finished it because I wanted to know what happened at the end. I was pretty bored with this and the lead female was annoying and got on my nerves most of the time with all her angst over the male leaving her.
I absolutely ADORE Julie Garwood's hitorical books (RANSOM is on my top ten list...actually top 3) but I doubt I will read any more of her contemporary books.

Just finished reading. I really enjoyed the book. It was an easy and fast read. Stayed up too late reading it. Couldn't put it down.

It was a good book. A little slow at times. I could not figure the plot out completely that keep me interested. I did not like it as well as the "Murder List".
