Spray a 4 quart cooker with oil. In a large bowl combine the cake mix and pudding mix. In a medium bowl beat eggs with water until well blended. Than add the sour cream and oil and beat until well blended. Add this to the dry ingredients and beat until well blended. Stir in the choclate chips. Pour in to the slow cooker and cover. cook on low for 6-8 hours. After 5 hours check to make sure the cake is not burning as some cookers cook faster than others. Cake id done when you touch lightly with your finger and the cake bounces back.
You can serve either with vanilla ice cream or with cool whip. really yummy
