This is a decorating book (accessories, mainly) plus includes many crafts needed to achieve the look so you don't have to spend a very much money.

It is divided into the four styles prevailing today: Neo-Classical, Country Baroque, Country Classic, and Neo-Traditional, each offering a rich array of patterns, materials, and decorating and craft projects for all areas of your home. Armed with the most basic equipment, Waites shows you how to transform bookcases into marbeleized treasure troves, decoupage flocks of butterflies on walls, gild a dinner service, build fabulous topiaries, and much more. The final section, Small Christmas Pleasures is packed with ideas for the holiday season: ornaments, garlands, uniques wrapping paper and hostess gifts.

The topiaries and brown paper bag wrapping paper made this book worth the price to me.
