I really enjoyed this book. It was better than the first book (Somthing Borrowed) but should definitely be read only after that one. It not only adds depth to the first book (The first few chapters "flashback" to the events in the first book, but from the perspective of a different character) but then moves on to become a great book in its own right. This book will make you laugh, cry, and never want it to end.

I actually hated this book. Too linear, too perfect -- you knew it would all work out in the end, with a nice little bow on top. Absurd and ridiculous. Characters you could care less about, living a life that is patently unrealistic, and her redemption at the end -- if you even want to call it that -- smacked of obvious prose and reading-for-dummies. She explained it all, never allowing the reader to truly care, to truly wonder. Ludicrous. I am sorry I went to the time and trouble to read it.

This sequel to Something Borrowed is every bit as good, if not better, than the first book. This story covers the shallow, narcissistic Darcy Rhone, the best friend of the heroine in Something Borrowed. Something Blue is a quick read, well-written, and quite believable. The dialog and situations are realistic. The reader also learns more about Dexter and Rachel as a couple and what they were like as individuals.

I Truly enjoyed it. It may have been predictable to some degree, but I still really liked the story, it was nice to see that Darcy had redeeming qualities after all.

Good story, not predictable as I thought it would be as it follows "Something Borrowed" Enjoyable and light easy read.
