So I've finished what there is by Cody MacFadyn, and the books I've read since just haven't measured up. I don't usually like such intense mysteries, but I think I've been spoiled by his great characters and writing. Any suggestions, while I wait for another of his books to come out? Debbie

You could try Catherine Coulter's FBI series.  There are quite a few in the series, so they should keep you busy if you like them. The first book in the series is titled "The Cove", the second "The Maze" and the third "The Target."  There are 14 books in all so far, her latest is being published later this year.  All three of these titles is available, and the first two are available in an Omnibus titled "The Beginning."

How are these Coulter books going to strike me if I have a daughter in The Bureau?

Deborah--

Have you read any of Lisa Garner's books?  You might try her.  Another author that comes to mind is Tess Gerritsen.

If you liked Cody MacFadyn check out J.T. Ellison....but read them in order.  This is a can't put down series. I'm so looking forward to the newest one.

John ~ the good guys always win!  They do get into alot of sticky situations.  The main characters are a husband/wife team of FBI agents Lacey Sherlock and Dylan Savitch.  If I had a daughter in the FBI, I think I would still enjoy them.  Just my opinion.
