When I click on the ReSort button on my TBR list it gives me the options Title, Date, Author and Wish List.  What is the purpose of Wish List?  I thought it would put all the books that are on other member's WL at the top, but it doesn't.  Am I missing something here?

It's never worked for me either. I can't figure out what order is uses when you sort by WL. But my WL are never all at the top or all at the bottom.

I don't know why it's there.  I haven't been a member all that long.  But I do think if TPTB are going to change the WL like they say then using the sorting as WL would show what level your book was in  your  WL.  I can't think of any other use for it.

The use for it on the TBR pile is so you can see all the WL books that you have already in one section and decide what to read or post without having to scroll through every page.

The use for it on the TBR pile is so you can see all the WL books that you have already in one section  -that would be one's thought, but its never done that for me, still randomly scattered throughout the list. Does yours actually sort the WL books together?

No.  It rearranges them in some pattern that I can't figure out.  I just put it back to alphabetical.  Every so often I resort it by WL again to see if it'll work.

OK I just tried it again resorted by WL ascending and then descending. All it did was pick 1 random WL book, stick it on top and then sort the rest alphabetically by title.

Sometimes I think TPTB are playing games with us.  Funny what can happen within an account.
