This book was far and above one of the best I've ever read. Bethany's faith and perseverance are remarkable especially in such a young girl. I would recommend this book to everyone.

I loved this story. It was a little sad at first, but as I kept reading I realized how strong she was throughout all of it, and that shows that giving up is not the answer.

As a frequent visitor of Kauai I have come to love this place. The fact that something so horrible happened to such a nice girl in a beautiful place is sad. But she perserveres and gets back on. Good book! Fast read.
