4-6 - skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 cans - cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg - dry onion soup mix
1 cup - sour cream
1 tsp - dill seed
1 tbsp - lemon juice
Place the chicken in a casserole dish.
Mix the rest of ingredients together and pour over the chicken.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Reduce the heat to 250 degrees and bake for another 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
If you cover the casserole, reduce the baking time to a total of 2 hours at 350 degrees.
Serve over rice and with a steamed vegetable.
To make this a more economical meal, thighs and legs can be used but remove the skin and bake covered.
