I just joined Spark People.  It is an excellent way to track nutrition, exercise and weight loss.  Wonderful information, recipes and articles related to healthful living. 

Anyone else a member?  Oh yeah, the best part is it is free!

Yes, I am a member, but I haven't been on it in a long time.  It does  have a lot of infor and I loved being able to track food intake, but I just couldn't find the time  to do it all the time.

I haven't been posting my meals but am going to start again cause I'm in the games challenge. Hasn't started yet. I think you can join until the fourth.  Go to games forum now.

I'm a member.  Are you doing the New You boot camp challenge?  It just started today Jan. 4), so it's not too late to jump in and give it a try.  I'd love to be able to chat with people doing the boot camp challenge, but I find the message boards there a bit overwhelming.  Coach Nicole's videos are pretty good, her instructional style is really nice and easy to follow.

I am a member of Sparkpeople too.  I am also participating in the New Year Boot Camp Challenge.  My legs are feeling it!  I am going to finish it though.

i love that site!! so much info to be found!!!! if anyone want to find me..i'm JAVABEAN2. 

btw...i'm looking for good fitness book.....i've been doing some resistence training and want to just get some info on what exactly your muscles go thru. if anyone can help that would be great!

I joined recently too! I'm not tracking my meals (too time consuming to figure it out for me) but I'm tracking my exercise. If anybody wants to be friends with me, my nick is the same as in here: riahekans

I agree that the site is a bit overwhelming and I'm not sure I like their forums much. Where can I find the new you boot camp? I've been looking for it but can't find it. :)

I'm a member and I love it! It has really motivated me to eat better and exercise more.  I log all my food and fitness, and I just love seeing all the progress other people have made. It's very inspiring!

Thanks to javagal, I cruised on over and joined Spark People.  I really like being able to track meals and water intake.  I learned that the way I normally eat in a day puts me at or sometimes a little over my top calorie limit, so I'm finding it fairly easy to know where to cut back. (Big help!)

I just joined Spark People today after hearing about it on Saturday.  I figured joining PBS helped me with my goal to read more, so I figured I could use some help with my goal to get in shape!  I'm a bit overwhelmed by the food tracker though, I feel like it took forever to find what I was looking for, but I guess that will get faster with practice.
