Fast moving plot. Gripping thriller. Chilling suspense.
Mark Beamon, an unconventional FBI agent gets pulled in for one last assignment, our nations war against terrorism. Videotapes begin arriving at television stations across the country. One of the messages: A terrorist cell inside the U.S. possesses a rocket launcher & will begin attacking civiliam targets within days.
Beamon suspecting a connection between the mob & these fanatics, goes undercover with another agent to meet with a Mafia don who might have critical information concerning the terrorists. That simple meeting goes horribly wrong as Beamon's partmener is executed after his cover is blown. Beamon, who barely escapes with his life, is determined to find the source of the leak & more important, in one final act of self destructive heroism, to exact revenge. Beamon spirals into a world of drug trafficking, government corruption, murder & betrayal.
