It's pretty widely known that the Rogue Angel books were written by more than one author. Destiny was the best in the series. Truly a keeper. I read the second book and could see immediately that it was written by someone else. Annja was transformed into a less heroic figure who killed more often.

Now I have finished the 3rd book in the series - The Spider Stone. I could tell immediately that this book had been written by the original author of Destiny. The original Annja character was back - and just as likeable as the original.

This book was well written and very well plotted. It kept me on the edge of my seat until it's thrilling conclusion. I highly recommend it.

I really like this main character! I think I like this book better than the past two. It had lots of action, more than the others which I like. Good plot, good sub characters. A good read!

This, the third offering in this great series, was much better than the second book. The story was more cohesive, and flowed nicely. Annja meets yet another "lamppost" as she tries to find her way along the darkened path created by the sword, and its two protectors. I enjoyed the story and look forward to reading her next adventure :o)

A little thin on plot. Details were left out that would have made it more credible. Not as good as the other books.
