The power of positive thinking is the main idea for this book. I did not find this book as offensive as some other books I have read. It is light reading and my be helpful for a quick pick me up. My new favorite quote can be found on page 229.

There is no object so foul that intense light will not make it beautiful.

An excellent review of how there is a spiritual solution to every problem, what a problem is, and what/how to get the solution. This book would be great even for a skeptic! Not a big fan of Dyer's until I read this. LOVE the take on St. Francis' prayer. Lots of clarity within!
