bump  - - I bumped this because there's someone in the book bazaar looking for Matt Christopher books.  This thread seems like a good idea....why not post your kids' sports books here too?

I've got three that I'll offer for 1 credit if anyone is interested. Here's a list:

1. The Blue Darter - Here are fifteen popular sports stories for young readers from the pages of Highlights for Children. These tales of soccer, baseball, hockey, swimming, and more, marked by characters who challenge themselves and others, will surely score as favorites.

2. Soccer (Know Your Game Series) - Reading Level Age 9-12.

3. Sports Illustrated Soccer, (Sports Illustrated Library) - 1972 Paperback.

In fact, I'd like to see more kids reading books, so I'll offer a 3 for 1 deal on any of my children's books this week! 6/9/08 - 6/15/08. Just PM me your freebies and I'll get them in the mail the next day.

And if you see any other books you are interested in, I'll go 2 for 1 on anything else, paperback or hardback.

PM me.

Thanks,

~Lou

I'm jumping in here to bump this post. Sports-themed books or any others...let's just keep books in front of our children. Remember the old saying "Leaders are readers" and God knows this country needs some good leaders nowadays...and in the future. And our kids are our future!!

Enough waxing philosophical,

~Lou
