Go to the Spread the Word page.
Per the page:
Email and PBS Nickname Signatures - Copy the supplied code into your email signature line. When someone clicks on the link and joins, your account will be linked to them as the referrer.
ETA: when you are logged in & go to the Spread the word page, it automatically puts your account info in the link to give you credit.

But when I download the flyer it only shows pbs.com without the link part. Talking about the flyers with tear sheet at bottom that you print out.
Not talking about the email, that does show my link.

The link wouldn't really be practical if you're printing something out to leave somewhere..since people couldn't click on it from a piece of paper or bookmark. So why would you want that on paper? I would never copy a whole long URL like that, and I can't imagine other folks would want to either.
If the person has your email or nickname, they just go to the paperback swap homepage, if they decide to sign up, during the registration process it asks who referred you, the email or nickname is what they put in that spot for you to get the credit.
