I'm not a crazy-type fan (as my partner puts it), but I do love the original episodes and this compilation is a great way of keeping all the editions, 13 total, organized. The only catch I see is that the books do not go in the order of the original publications, but as long as you read the contents first this isn't a problem. And James Blish's extras as to what wasn't spoken in the show only add to the pleasure. Enjoy. I did.
