Sequel to One Hundred and One Dalmatians by Dodie Smith. Illustrations by Janet and Anne Grahame-Johnstone, the same duo who did such brilliant work on the original printing of 101. Dogs are running the show even more than usual, as they wake up and realize that only dogs (and honorary dogs, such as Lt. Tibbs & Tommy - the cat and little boy from the first book, respectively) are awake. Read the first book as a kid and loved it (still have my old copy 40 years later and will NOT part with it) and never even knew she wrote a sequel until I saw this one on Amazon. I loved the story, but I don't have any sentimental attachment to this one so I'm posting it. Great book for reading to your kids, or for them to read themselves once they're maybe 7 or 8 years old.
