This is my favorite vegetarian cookbook of all time--and I have many! Great for people who want to eat vegetarian but don't have a lot of money to spend. It's also worth noting that the recipes are generally enough for one or two servings, so it's great for people who are just cooking for one or two.
Perfect for a student, beginning cook, new bachelor or anyone wanting quick simple recipes. These are the easiest of recipies (I mean really easy) using things you can find at a grocery store (and in some cases at a convenience store!) I've tried a number of the recipes and they are tasty too.
