What does this mean?

Clarification - it looks like my original request had possibly expired and now a new request for the same available book has appeared on my list.  I didn't realize this would happen.  Does that make sense?

It probably means that the person who had originally accepted it cancelled the order (or was cancelled by the system if they waited too long to actually print a label and mail it) and the request moved on to the next person in the FIFO line with that book. If you look at the request date, you'll notice it probably changed.

LOL  we were typing at the same time. Yes, it makes sense.

I'm having problem with BOB requests. I'll get notices from PBS saying my offer has been declined when I haven't offered for a BOB in months. Or I'll get Bob requests and when I go to see what they are they're blank. This has been going on for about a month. I've spoken to live help and they have no clue. I've also looked on the FAQ section as well as emailed feedback and the VP of PBS and so far no answers. It's very frustrating. I'm missing out on BOBs I'm sure.

It'll keep moving down the FIFO line until someone accepts it or you cancel the request.  Beware though if you cancel it and then request it again from FIFO it will just go back to the same person. The 1st person either let it time out or declined the request for somereason.  PBS automatically removes the book from their shelf and send the request to the next person.
