This book really was quite good.

It shares some fascinating stories from his childhood, his upbringing with some of the best teachers in China & Taiwan, and then his eventually move to the United States.

There are many fascinating life lessons locked into this book, and it brings out his amazing sense of humor. The last section of the book is devoted to many stories liang liked to tell, and stories that happened while Stuart was living with Liang.

Wonderful book, a true testament to the regenerative power of Tai chi!
