So I still havent heard anything about my GC that didnt work. I am trying to be patient. I am. really I am. I have sumbited Two feedbacks. And yesterday I emailed R&R direct from the contact us. (no i dont expect a reply from that already)

Is there anything else I can do here?My friend who gave me the GC is upset, because she paid for them.

And I am kinda sad cause, well I want my 5 credits. And I havent heard anything at all.

Katie might I suggest that you consider contacting a Tour Guide and entrusting them with your login info, and letting them look at your account and try to credit the GC to your account? Maybe it's something funky with your particular PC.

Katie, if you do that just change your password to something else first then you can change it back after they try it.

I think you just have to be patient. If you got the reply that basically says "we got your feedback", then they got it. Sometimes when I've reported something that turned out to be a bug, it's taken a week or two to get an answer. It takes time to find a problem, create a fix, test it, deploy it and then notify the person who reported it. The longer it takes, the more likely it is to be a real bug rather than a user error.
