I am a first-time writer and am 74,000 words into a novel.  I would like to have feedback because I am really trying to get published.  Here is the link if you are interested:

First advice. please take it down. Having a whole novel on a site is not the best way to do things. Some publishers will not take your work if its already been read or published on a website.. Never put more then the first 1,000 words of a novel for all to read. UNLESS its on a password protected site and only certain people can read it.

So my advice is, get a free PBwiki or webpage that ONLY people YOU give the password to can read it.

Fictionpress itself is ok but the best place to get writing help though. You need to join a critique group, there are some online but it might benefit you to join a local writing group of some kind.   NaNOwrimo.com website is great, join up and find you area, this will show you if there are writers near where you live.  You could PM them and ask about any groups or ask them for help.  There are also forums on there for people to share novels and review them.
