Excellent, detailed instructions on weight training exercises for every muscle group. The explanations and multiple pictures of the correct method of doing each exercixe are very clear.

The book gives instructions on how to exercise various muscle groups using either free weights or resistance machines available at a gym.

This book even has exercises to strengthen your wrists and ankles!
