I have just finished the last books in the Miss Dimple series (pre ordered bk 4, out in February.), I would love suggestions on books of this type.  The books are during WW2 and are Historical Cozy Mystries.  The author is Mignon F. Ballard, who also writes the Augusta Goodnight series.  Hope you can help.

Thank You!

You might like Mr. Churchill's Secretary / Susan Elia MacNeal...MC is a young woman who becomes a secretary to Churchill during WWII.

Just thought of some more (all cozies):

M. T. Jefferson...series (4 bks) featuring a young woman in a small town in Pennsylvania during WWII.

Katheryn Miller Haines...struggling actress in NY in WWII.  (One of the books has her joining the USO and going to a Pacific Island during the war.)

Kate Kingsbury...Set in Britain, her Manor House Mysteries feature a young woman trying to hold on to the family home during WWII

These are just the ones I've read.  You can go to Stop You're Killing Me, click on their Historical Index and then the 1940s.  You might find some there you would like.
