I am in a lull in wishlist books being offered to me so I am looking for suggestions for contemporary romance authors to read!

Have you tried Robyn Carr? I really enjoyed here "Grace Valley and Virgin River Series". Also several more authors I enjoyed were Tara Janzen, Marliss Melton, Cindy Gerard, JoAnn Ross, Suzanne Brockmann and Elizabeth Lowell. There are many more good authors out there. This is all I can think of with only my first cup of coffee today :)

Marliss Melton, Cindy Gerard, Cherry Adair, Suz Brockmann - all good military romance authors

Autum Dawn, Patti O'Shea - futuristic romance

Lisa Marie Rice, Lora Leigh, JoAnn Ross, Nalini Singh

Look up some of these authors and see if any of their books would be of interest to you: Carly Phillips, Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Rachel Gibson, Christie Craig, Victoria Dahl.

Susan Mallery, Susan Donovan, Kristan Higgins, Toni Blake are some of my favorites, in addition to others already mentioned.

Sarah Mayberry--she writes primarily for Harlequin Blaze and SuperRomance, and she's incredible.

Susan Sey--her debut, Money, Honey, is delightful.  Can't wait for her second!

Loucinda McGary--contemporary romantic with a hint of suspense; Irish heroes :)

Ann Aguirre/Ava Gray--futuristic/scifi, urban fantasy, paranormal.  Excellent writing.

I second alot of these suggestions and a few of my own are Pamela Clare's I Team series or Kylie Brant's Mindhunter's series.

Contemporary-that haven't been mentioned yet-Linda Howard and Catherine Mann are two of my favorites.  Also, did someone mention Rachel Gibson?

Here is another vote for Kristan Higgins, and I just finished The Sweethearts Knitting Club by Lori Wilde, which I highly recommend too!
