I really like this book. I love how the instructions are truly step by step. I made the white bread in this recipe and was able to know that my bread was turning out ok because of the descriptions of what the dough should be doing at each step. This is a great book for any beginner bread baker. I am sure it is also good for experienced bread bakers as well because of the variations and other bread recipes that are offered.
This has to be the best "how to" book written on bread making. I personally learned with this book and so did the younger girls in my family. The instructions are easy to understand; the recipes are delicious!
