Pub. 1973. An excellent recipe book, as are all of Sunset's. There is a beginning chapter on Mexican foods, including a list of hot peppers. Next there are some specialty menus. Here's a sampling of the recipes (all recipes have English and Mexican names): Guacamole; Crab Tostados; the original Gorditas, made on a base of tamale dough; Stuffed Chiles with Walnuts; Christmas Eve Salad; Sopapillas; Mango Cream.
