Here's a sampling of the recipes (all recipes have English and Mexican names): Guacamole; Crab Tostados; the original Gorditas, made on a base of tamale dough; Stuffed Chiles with Walnuts; Christmas Eve Salad; Sopapillas; Mango Cream.
