Great recipe book! Fits in a purse if you want to take it somewhere, but a great addition to your cookbooks! Some of my faves were Chicken Hash Patties and Tropical Chicken with Wine. You'll be glad you got this book - even if it's only for those two recipes!!

Inside the front cover -

"Remember when people used to boast about having "chicken every Sunday"?

Now you can afford to have chicken every day of the week; itt's one of the best meat buys on the market. And it's loaded with proteins, low in calories, easily digested. It's oh-so-tasty, too.

If you want all the good things chicken can give you, but you want variety as well, here are many ways to prepare this delicious food. Boiled, fried, baked; in main dishes, soups, sandwiches, salads; as a meal-in-a-minute or an elaborate gourmet treat.

Here are almost two hundred recipes covering the whole range of chicken cookery. With this book, you can have chicken seven days a week - in a different, delectable way every time.
