If your new at making cheese and want a sure turn out of your end result, the directions when followed correctly in this tried but true book, can be fun & will help you produce some cheese to be proud of. The directions are very simple, step by step, with pictures. Leaves little room for mistake. My husband has used this book for his cheese making for a long time. His cheese comes out beautiful.
