If I remember the rules correctly this cannot be swapped on PBS for a credit...credits can only be for books.

I think she could offer this with an order from her bookshelf. It would probably not add much postage.

yes, she could offer it with an order from her shelf but, it would be a freebie, she couldn't get a credit for it.
