I found quite a bit of this information to be outdated or inaccurate to the point of being dangerous, for example recommending tofu for toddlers and children. Tofu is unfermented soy and contains a high content of phytoestrogens, enough so that a serving of soy is very much like giving kids birth control pills! Given problems like this with things I knew about, I was unable to read the whole book since I couldn't trust any of the info that was new to me.
