I read this book while I was pregnant and found it helpful. We don't have to settle for the terrible and painful pregnancy, labor, and delivery seen so often on tv and film. This is a beautiful process that is honored in this book. It really can be a wondeful experience!
At the same time, there is not much scripture in this book, so I reccommend further study. I do not agree wholeheartedly with every point made in this book, but see it as a great starting point. There are many wonderful testimonies contained within.

Pregnancy and childbirth are often depicted as a time of sickness and mood swings for women followed by twelve to twenty hours of pain and hard labor. Many women have been told they can never conceive. Others have suffered the pain of conceiving and miscarrying. Have you had enough of this picture? God has a better way-a supernatural way! Supernatural childbirth is a practical and realistic look at God's promises for conception, pregnancy and delivery. This is not "pie-in-the-sky"-this is a personal testimony of how one couple overcame defeat and triumphed in God's plan! Jackie Mize had been told she could never have children. However, by unlocking powerful truths and dynamic faith principles she and her husband, Terry, found in the Bible, they now have four miracle children! This exciting book shares with you these truths and faith principles.

This book is amazing! I had never thought about including God in my birth except to cry out for Him to get it over with quickly! How amazing to make it a spiritual experience. I used it with all 3 of my births!
Wonderful, inspiring, life-changing! There are so many Scriptures in this book, unlike what one of the reviewers said. There are large sections that are the author's personal story, but separate sections list Scripture after Scripture after Scripture on various topics relating to faith in pregnancy and beyond.
