Hi all,

I hope someone on here can help me. I recieved a J.D Robb book "Divine Death" in Large print. The person who sent it to me, mailed it from La Junta, CO. I can't make out anything else on the return address and there was no note in it. Does this sound familar to anyone? If this is you can you PM me please. I'm not sure if this was a replacement for a book you didn't have, because it was not one I requested on my books to recieve tab.

If anyone knows where this came from, please let me know! Thanks so much!

Tina,

You may want to check on your main page to see if there are any books coming from that city. And your Transaction Archive if there arent any. It may be that the sender mixed  up two orders and sent you the book meant for someone else who ordered from them, and sent your book to them.

If that is the case you will need to send a PM to the sender to solve it. You can refer them to the Help Center

"I received a book I didn't request!"

Thank you, but the "I received a book I didn't request!" information still did not help. None of the books I've ordered have senders from CO. Now what do I do?

are you in any games where people would be sending you books?

Or did you request an unpostable in the Book Bazaar?

Are you waiting for any books from games?  It could be that this person mixed up game books, which wouldn't show up in your transaction archive.

You could try contacting PBS. I'm not sure if they can help you w/o a name or address.  But you never know.

Thanks, but I haven't tried the games yet, so it can't be that. I'm not sure what to do. Thanks for the advice anyway!

There should be an ID number on the package next to the return address. Send that to the site leaders through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. They can easily look up the transaction and let you know who it is. If you cannot find that ID number, I would still send feedback with as much information as you can provide and ask them to look into in it. They can see everything going on in your account and may be able to identify the transaction for you.

Tina:

This may or may not help, but I found one member from La Junta CO.  You can try PMing her and see if she is the member that sent the book.  Here is the info.

Kay W. kayncolt   LA JUNTA CO

This does not include the members that don't have public profiles, but it's worth a try.

Tina, you gave this sender a credit for this book (Divided in Death), and gave her your address to send this book to you.  You can see this in your Personal Messages from 9/14.  She doesn't have a public profile so she isn't in the directory.

So this was an "unofficial" swap and doesn't appear in your account to be marked received.

Momnisia?  Is that what I"ve been suffering from all these years?

I'd prefer a pina colada or a daqueri but margeritas will do I quess.

I'll bring the chocolate.

Tina,

I feel for you. I had 4 kids in four years. I had a beautiful baby daughter, and, 18 days after her first birthday, we had her twin brothers. We skipped a year before we had our youngest.

An author that helped me get through the craziness sometimes was Teresa Bloomingdale.

I should have seen it coming when the rabbit died

Up a Family Tree

Just wait till you have children of your own (no link available, sorry)

and so many more. She was fantastic. She had 10 children - no twins - the first 12 years of her marriage, and then wrote about it with incredible humor. She siad in one of her books that she had literally no memory of the first five years of motherhood, probably because she had heard someone say that sleep is necessary to form memories, and she never slept during that time. LOL.

Good luck.

Thanks Latricia!

They sound interesting. It does get crazy here and some how I feel like I never get any sleep. (We just added a puppy about 2 months ago to the mix, also)  So you could say my brian really hasn't worked right since the boys were born. They all come at me at once and I don't get a chance to breath. Don't get me wrong, I love my kids but Mommy needs a break sometimes!

Hey Julie,

I'm still waiting on the drink! LOL!

Hey Tina!

I have 2.5 year old b/g twins and a 4 yr old son!  I also work full time.  I hear you on the no sleep.  I just told my friend today that if I don't get some sleep soon, I'm gonna crash bigtime.

Thanks for sharing Julie! Yummy!

I hear ya Ada! Life just keeps me on my toes and my kids do too! LOL!
