Search - Survival of the Fittest (Alex Delaware, Bk 12)

I'm a big fan of the crime drama genre, and Kellerman knows his stuff. Intricate and multi-layered. A mixture of whodunnit and who can you trust.

It grabbed my attention at the first and held on until the end. Sort of a let down. A disabled child of a diplomat disappers on a field trip and then other disabled people are connected to this disappearance. Mile and Alex and other get involved and stir up all kinds of trouble.

A bit far-fetched in it's plot, but it's good to see the Sharavi character back again.

The daughter of a diplomat disappears on a school field trip - lured into the Santa Monica Mountains and killed in cold blood. Her father denies the possibility of a political move. There are no signs of struggle & no evidence of sexual assault, leaving psychologist Alex Delaware & his friend LAPD homicide detective Milo Sturgis to pose the essential question: Why?
