I picked up The Paper Marriage at the library the other day, and really enjoyed it.  I love her writing style, the story was compelling, great romance,   sad and humorous.  This is a contemporary, and I've not read one in a while -- surprised myself by picking it up.  I see that she's written some historicals, and am wondering if any of you have read any of those.

I've read a few of her historicals (Westerns) and enjoyed them a lot. I wish I could give titles but I lost my reading list database and am trying to get some of the information back however I can.  I didn' realize she's doing contemporaries these days but I'll definitely check her website.  I'll try to find her website - I know I'll remember which of her books I read by seeing the covers, and I'll get back to you.

Hi, Karen, I've only read her historicals, and really enjoyed the ones I've read.  She's got a series about three sisters--the Marrying Miss Bright, I think--and I actually read these out of order.  The right order is The Bad Man's Bride, Marry Me, and then A Wedding Story.  They were great--I liked her voice.  I've also read The Last Man in Town, A Wanted Man, and her story in Baby on the Doorstep.  I think I've got some of her others in my TBR but haven't read them all yet.  Hope that helps!

I've read Bad Man's Bride and I have another of her's in my TBR. I liked the one I read, but was hoping for more of a bad boy considering the title. Still, a good read though.

I have Marry Me on my shelf and have never read it:P  I think it was a thrift store book, and I checked & saw it was in a series and just posted it rather than track down the others.  If you don't have to read them in order though, I might try that one out & see if I like her.

I definitely recommend The Last Man in Town. That was the first book I read from her, and it turned out to be a keeper. I was halfway through Marry Me, but I lost interest, although that one got a lot of good reviews as well. Another good one by her is One Lonely Night. I think I'm just a sucker for the ones with plain but intelligent spinsters. One Lonely Night was different because both the hero and heroine are older, so they're both mature and relatively sensible.

I picked up her book Just Sex and I just couldn't get into the storyline that I didn't think Paper Marriage would be any good. I'll check it out and let you know what I think.

sorry for the blank message - I clicked on 'submit reply' instead of 'back to top' - TV distracted me.
